So last year I did a 2006 Year in Review (probably a little closer to New Years), we didn't have as many changes in 2007 as we did in 2006 but we still have a lot to thank God for!
January - Christy turned 27, and we took a fun trip to the circus!
February - Got a call about some twins that needed to be adopted...Christy had just prayed that God would show them when to start the adoption process again...didn't expect an answer the next day but I guess I should have since my blog is called "Immeasurably More"
Cousin Asher was born!
Hannah had her 1st birthday party!
We spoke and interviewed with Jewish Family Services about potentially adopting again. We started working on a homestudy update. Long story short the twins didn't work out but they had a baby boy born February 14 that they need to place in a home. So we began preparing to bring home Benjamin.
March - We finally got our homestudy finished!
March 26 - we got to go pick up Benjamin and bring him home!
April - coldest Easter egg hunt we have EVER been to, our church celebrated its 100th year in the current building with a big homecoming
May - We celebrated our 5 anniversary!
Went to OK and then to Little Rock for cousin Jonathan's wedding
June - Celebrated Dad's 50th
Daniel turned 27 and took the youth to M-FUGE
We celebrated with Andrew and Ashley at their wedding! We were so happy to add a new member to our family!
July - September - small events with family, etc., nothing huge
October - BENJAMIN'S ADOPTION DAY!
November - DNOW with you and women's retreat
December - Lots and lots of stuff! Most importantly time with our family.
Sadly, Grandmama passed away.
What a GREAT year! God has blessed us so much! We are so happy he brought Benjamin to us in 2007! We can't imagine not having him! We are looking forward for God's blessing in 2008 (no, not necessarily bringing us another baby, hehe).

Sorry for the lack of pictures
It seems like it has been quite awhile since I have posted pictures. It has been a long month! I was sick around my birthday (Jan. 11), it seemed like it took me forever to get well and then Hannah got a bad cold and probably a sinus infection, she still has it, she is on an antibiotic because she is not getting better. She has been on it for 4 days and it doesn't seem to be helping too much. Daniel's pink eye is back and he has a bad sore throat. Benjamin is running fever and has a bad cold. Mama was fine until last night and I seem to be getting the cold everyone else has!
So...that is why there are no new pictures. Everyone is too sick to be doing anything picture worthy!
We went to the allergist a couple of weeks ago and have found out that Hannah is allergic to corn. Next time you take something out of your pantry just look and see if it has cornsyrup in it. You would be very surprised at all the foods, medicines, hygene products, that contain corn. Please pray for us as we try to figure out what the poor girl can eat! We are scared to eat out at this time but I'm researching resturants and getting ingredient lists. The good news is Hannah outgrew her allergy to soy! Now if we can just get her to drink soy milk we won't have to worry about her calcium anymore - the trick is figuring out how to get her to drink soy milk!
So that is the update on us. The kids' birthdays are coming up soon so hopefully I will get some good pictures on the blog soon!

So Exciting!
Our good friends Jason and Michele brought home their baby boy yesterday!
His name is Russell Aaron
We are so happy for them! Below is a picture of Russ and one of Hannah, just look how much they look alike!

God is so good and we are so happy he has brought this beautiful (ummm...I mean handsome) baby boy to Jason and Michele. Continue to pray for them as they finish up all the legal work to make this adoption final.

Dress Up
Grandmama
We were saddened to find out that after an accident and a short stay in the hospital, Grandmama passed away. We are happy to know that right now she is with Jesus!
This is the last picture I have of Grandmama, this is when she met Benjamin for the first time. It was taken in May of 2007. She was very proud of her "great-grandchildren". She told me she showed off their pictures everywhere and that was confirmed at her funeral. Everyone already knew me and the babies because Grandmama had shown off our pictures. As the pastor stated at the funeral, "Rita did not have any children of her own but she had several grandchildren and great-grandchildren" She loved us as her own, Andrew (Haley), Me (Daniel), Brad (June), Chad, Ashley, Gibson, Haven, Hannah, Elam, and Benjamin, and we loved her.
Here is Uncle Richard, Me and Hannah after the funeral
