So it might not seem like a big deal to you "baby's first pancakes" but with this baby it is a big deal. Joy found some egg replacer and I tried it in pancakes and used water instead of milk. It worked great! My sweet little baby got to eat pancakes for the first time! Yummy! They were really thick, but they tasted fine. Next time I will thin them out a bit more with more water. She didn't each much but I think it filled her up quick - it did me!

I'm glad for Hannah. I know it is difficult to find a variety of things for her to eat.
